Within 30 days: We will refund ONE opened and/or partial bottle from your FIRST order. If this bottle was part of a larger order, we will also refund the other unopened and undamaged bottles in your FIRST order. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost, for ensuring safe return to BIOAGE, and for providing a USPS or other carrier tracking number to us upon shipping. We cannot refund lost or unreturned bottles; consider purchasing insurance for larger value. Our guarantee applies to your FIRST order – ONE per household – and only within 30 days of your initial purchase.
After 30 days: At our discretion, a refund may be issued for unopened and undamaged bottles for returns postmarked after the 30th day from your date of purchase. We reserve the right to charge up to 25% re-stocking fee in these instances.
After 90 days: BIOAGE will NOT accept products returned after 90 days of purchase. NO EXCEPTION.
In all cases, please notify our office at 877-288-9116 before returning any product to us for refund.
Shipping & handling fees are non-refundable.
If product is returned damaged or opened, no refund will be issued except as detailed above in our "Within 30 days" guarantee.
