But it wasn’t always that way for me.
At the age of 49, I often felt fatigued, unmotivated, and emotionally drained. After a decade of intense business ventures, I was exhausted and ready to retire.
Even though I believed I had maintained a healthy diet, I was diagnosed with Syndrome X — a condition linked to dangerous metabolic disorders and a higher risk of premature aging and disease.
